Consent to Contact

By submitting a web form to Lohmiller Real Estate you are giving permission for Lohmiller Real Estate to share your contact information with one of it's agents and are consenting for that agent to contact you.  You acknowledge that the agent will be solicting you as a client and offering their services for the purposes of real estate brokerage.  Any offerings made other than those customary to the services provided by a real estate brokerage in our market are not condoned or sanctioned by Lohmiller Real Estate.  If non-brokerage offerings are made, you are advised to notify a Lohmiller Real Estate sales manager.

Your Information

Lohmiller Real Estate agents may share your information with vendors and settlement service providers that are needed to complete your transaction.  These may include but are not limited to: mortgage brokers, title companies, home warranty companies, home inspectors, remodeling & general contractors and the like.  If you do not want your information shared with any outside vendors please notify your agent immediately.  To find out if any of your contact information has been shared you will need to contact your agent.  Contact information sharing is usually done with prior notice given to our clients, this is not guaranteed however due to the time sensitive nature of the business.  Confidential information will never be shared with anyone without your prior consent.  Your information will never be sold or shared to marketing companies or anyone not directly involved in the transaction with the exeception of service providers whom you are considering using and whom need to contact you.

Information Breach

If Lohmiller Real Estate ever becomes aware of a breach of your confidential information we will notify you as soon as possible.  If you ever feel that your information has been mis-handled please contact a Lohmiller Real Estate sales manager immediately.
